BBQ Chicken Tortilla Pizzas



for 4 portions

4 flour tortillas

⅓ cup BBQ sauce (95 g)

2 cups chicken (250 g), shredded

¼ red onion, thinly sliced

1 cup grated mozzarella cheese (100 g)



Preheat the oven to 180 °C and cover a tray with baking paper.

De-bone, remove the skin and shred the roast chicken.

Spread the barbecue sauce evenly over the tortillas.

Garnish with onion, chicken and cheese.

Bake in the oven for 5 to 10 minutes.
