Blueberry Muffin Mug



for 1 portion

3 tablespoons of fresh blueberries

¼ cup oatmeal (25 g)

½ teaspoon baking powder

2 tablespoons of honey

1 egg white

½ teaspoon nutmeg



Mix the egg white and honey in a greased coffee cup.

Add the oat flour, baking powder and nutmeg and stir until smooth.

Add the fresh blueberries.

Microwave on high power for 90 seconds (time may vary).
