½ cup olive oil (120 ml)
4 cloves garlic, chopped
1 teaspoon of salt
1 teaspoon black pepper
1 teaspoon dried oregano
1 teaspoon chili flakes
1 pizza crust
2 packages of fresh mozzarella
2 cups chicken breast (280 g), cooked, sliced
½ cup onion (75 g), diced
7 grape tomatoes
In a small or medium jar, combine olive oil, chopped garlic, salt, black pepper, oregano and chili flakes.
Shake well and store in the refrigerator for later.
NOTE: Refrigerate leftover garlic sauce. It can last up to a week.
Preheat oven to 220°C (425°F).
Spray the flat pan with oil, spread the crust of the pre-made pizza, if necessary, use a rolling pin to make the crust as flat as possible on the pan.
Spread garlic sauce on the pizza crust, place slices of fresh mozzarella cheese, slices of chicken breast (cooked) and sprinkle with diced onions.
Bake in the oven for 25-30 minutes until the cheese melts and the crust turns golden.
Remove the pizza and place slices of avocado and grape tomatoes on top.
