Chocolate-Raspberry-Vanilla-Chia Pudding

            

Ingredients:

 

3/4 cup almond, unsweetened
3 tbsp chia seeds
1-2 tbsp maple syrup (only 1 tbsp is necessary but it IS more delicious with 2
1 tbsp cacao powder, unsweetened
1 tsp pure vanilla extract

 

Raspberry Chia Pudding Ingredients:

 

1 cup almond milk, unsweetened
1 1/4 cups fresh raspberries
3 tbsp chia seeds
1-2 tbsp pure maple syrup (only 1 tbsp is necessary but it IS more delicious with 2
1 tsp vanilla extract

 

 

Vanilla Chia Pudding ingredients:

 

3/4 cup almond, unsweetened
3 tbsp chia seeds
1-2 tbsp maple syrup (only 1 tbsp is necessary but it IS more delicious with 2
2 tsp pure vanilla extract

 

Optional Toppings: coconut shreds, fruit, nuts, chocolate, etc.

 

Instructions:

1. For the chocolate pudding, simply add the ingredients together in a glass or a mason jar. Whisk vigorously together. Let sit for 10 minutes and give it a whisk every minute or so. Transfer to the refrigerator to let set for 3-4 hours.
2. Follow the same instructions for the vanilla pudding.
3. For the raspberry pudding, add the raspberries and the almond milk to a food processor or blender and blender until smooth. Pour raspberry milk to a glass or jar and then add the remaining ingredients. Like the other puddings, you’ll want to follow the same whisking and chilling steps.
