1 cup milk (240 ml)
1 tablespoon vanilla
1 tablespoon cinnamon
1 tablespoon butter
4 slices of bread
CREAM CHEESE MIXTURE
4 oz cream cheese (115 g)
¼ cup heavy cream (60 ml)
¼ cup powdered sugar (40 g), plus extra for garnish
1 teaspoon cinnamon
1 teaspoon of nutmeg
2 teaspoons of vanilla
In a large bowl, whisk together eggs, milk, vanilla and cinnamon.
Melt butter in a large skillet over medium-low heat.
Dip 2 slices of bread at a time into the egg mixture.
In a medium bowl, combine the cream cheese, heavy cream, powdered sugar, cinnamon, nutmeg and vanilla.
Stack and drizzle with cream cheese mixture.
