3 eggs, separated
⅛ teaspoon of cream of tartar
3 tablespoons cream cheese, softened, or Greek yogurt
Preheat the oven to 150°C.
Separate the eggs into two bowls.
Add the cream of tartar to the egg whites and whisk them until stiff.
Add the cream cheese or yoghurt with yolks and mix until smooth.
Stir in half of the egg whites and yolks and mix together. Add the rest and fold in until the mixture is smooth.
Line a baking tray with parchment paper and place six spoonfuls of the mixture on the tray.
Spread the circles with a spatula until about ½ inch (1 cm) thick.
Bake for 30 minutes or until golden brown.
Let cool for at least 1 hour.
