1 stick of butter
1 lb of Smoked Sausage (sliced)
1 small head of Cabbage
1 Onion (chopped)
1/4 Red Pepper
salt & pepper to taste
Melt butter in large skillet. Add cabbage, onion, red pepper.
Cook on medium heat for 5 minutes stirring to keep from sticking. Add smoked sausage. Salt & Pepper to taste. Cover and simmer for 20-25 minutes. Enjoy!
