Fried chicken pops




2 lbs. chicken legs
Teaspoon each of
Seasoned salt, pepper and garlic powder 
4 cups all-purpose flour
2 tsp. pepper
2 tsp. paprika
1 Tbsp. cayenne pepper
oil, for frying



Mix all of the spices with the flour and pour the flour into a freezer bag, I used a batter pro to batter my chicken because I had 10 pieces.


I took chicken legs and cut the skin away from the bottom of the leg and pushed it to the top of the chicken leg to make it look like a lollipop and then fried it for 15 minutes on each side because they we’re really big pieces
and they we’re really good!
