Pizza dough wonderful breath of thyme

            

INGREDIENTS:

Half a kilo semolina flour
8.8 Oz white flour
Teaspoon sugar
Teaspoon salt
Teaspoon baking yeast
an egg
warm water
olive oil
A little thyme to taste

INSTRUCTIONS:

Mix ingredients with warm water in the first dough except for olive oil and thyme, leave the dough to rest for 5 minutes, then add a little olive oil of thyme to taste and we are the second dough.
Leave the dough for leavened for an hour, and then discharged from the air and is preparing to keep them in the refrigerator for a whole night before use for better results.
