Zucchini Chips

            

Ingredients

for 1 portion

1 large zucchini

2 tablespoons of olive oil

¼ teaspoon salt

½ teaspoon pepper

½ teaspoon garlic powder

 

Preparation

Preheat the oven at 400˚F (200˚C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

Cut the courgettes into 3 to 6 mm slices (⅛- to ¼-inch). Place them on the baking tray, making sure that the slices do not overlap, otherwise they will not dry properly. Brush the slices with olive oil and season with salt, pepper and garlic powder. Turn the slices over and repeat the process.

Bake in the oven for 25-35 minutes, turning halfway through, until the slices are golden brown. Cool to room temperature. The zucchini will continue to become crispier as it cools.
